“Meant is filing lawsuit against you and the rest Warren has been filed under your name due to a legal enforcement action filed on your Social Security number for frozen activities to get more information about this case and the ______________ from federal database please call 1-855-634-9509 I repeat 855-634-9509 Social Security deputy officer waiting for your call back…”  This was robotic call. My translator for Verizon isn’t great but you get the gist of the call.

Just got this call and same voicemail 5 min ago. I strongly believe it’s some sort of scam to get us to call and provide our SSN and other identifying personal information and probably ask us to pay money for their help or whatever...I’m going to ignore it.

Just got this call earlier this afternoon. Called the number back and someone answered the phone. No response on my end or their end. Could hear some breathing from them but then they hung up.

Received call from this number saying lawsuit from the SSA. Called number back, refused to give me any names of company, their name or address. Advised I was reporting them for theft.

Yes, just got one too. They even had my name when I called them. I called back again after that and a lady answered and I told them to remove my name and I had reported it to the FCC. They just hung up on me.

    FCC do your job
This isn't rocket science -- the FCC should force the phone companies to fix this problem.  They've made some noise about it, but done nothing to implement change.  FIX THIS!  I can't just ignore calls I don't recognize -- my son is on the National Organ Transplant List and we could get a phone call from an unknown number.  Ridiculous that we have to deal with these robocalls/scammers/criminals when it would be so easy to stop this nonsense.
