- Lindsay and JoseWe have been calls to call back this number and even called my mother and called at 6:30 in the morning, they went as far as saying we have arrests warrents. What I've noticed and doing other reading a lot of people in Oregon are getting these.
- Enough already!| 7 repliesThey call from a fake local number (Houston, Texas in this case...but it is NOT a local call!) and a canned recording is played. It is an attempt to get you to pick up the call. They leave a message stating that you WILL be served, also called and left same recorded message at my job number. They do not state that is an "attempt to collect a debt," nor give company name, account number or other details. Also stating you WILL be served, when you will not is totally illegal to do. It is a bottom feeder collector that has purchased OLD debts and are trying to collect by breaking all kinds of collecton laws. Ignore them. Whatever you do, do not speak with them and admit any debt because it resets the clock on the statute of limitations on collection. If you do speak with them, do not give any personal details, just insist they send you information on the ALLEGED debt by mail to the address they have on file and cease any and all calls. They will ask for your address....do not give it....after all, they claim to have it already! You will not receive anything from them as they are not a reputable collection company. Ask for their address and fax number so you can send them a cease and desist letter...they will not give it! Tell them you are recording your call and they will tell you that you can't do that! Yes you can. They will hang up pronto!

- Nicole Williams replies to Enough already!| 6 repliesThey have been calling me for a few weeks. I was skeptical about these calls at first.I work at Bank of America, nobody had attempted to reach me there. The reports on here made me extremely nervous. I had decided to finally give them a call today, and I'm very thankful I have! There was an account of mine that I had forgotten about. They gave me the opportunity to get this account settled in an arrangement that is feasible to my situation. If they're contacting you I would suggest to give them a call because there may be something that you have forgotten about as well!
- Gunnar replies to Nicole Williams| 4 repliesNot even a good try! C'mon! You can do better than that! SHILL !!
Is it just me, or has anybody else noticed that the Shill quality has declined lately? I'd like to think that the brighter operators have moved on, but I suspect that the cheaper help is being tasked with the "advertising". Not a very smart move by the Owner/Operators...
Well, they're not bogus debt collectors because they're friggin' Einsteins!
Be Safe. Be Aware.
Gunnar - dcso replies to Nicole WilliamsGood grief! Another case of ........"Loan Dementia"............ That disease that is striking down hard working SHILLS! Thank God for that unknown caller, calling from a spoofed location, who was able to help Nicole by lifting the burden of any extra money from her purse. Thank you Unknown Caller!!

- chris tellez replies to Gunnar| 1 replyyo gunna, 1 other question...are u doing this off a prompter or something? you sound too official.
- Gunnar replies to chris tellezI'm glad I'll get your vote. The Illiterate party isn't good for much..but maybe a couple of you aren't convicted felons, can actually vote, and can scrounge enough money for bus fare to get to a polling place.
"Thank You....thank you very much..."
Gunnar - Gunnar replies to chris tellezToo official? Why do I suspect that your life has been governed by "officials"?
Sorry "chris", I don't need a 'prompter. It's not like I deal against a highly talented bunch of people. Frauds aren't the most challenging of opponents. In case you haven't noticed, you're not very bright.
Skeff Ett Liv!
Gunnar - Melissa Mullins| 1 replyThis number keeps calling, relentlessly. JERKS!
- Call type: Debt collector
- Melissa replies to Melissa MullinsThe company is called Transit Capital and if you call them and tell them your name if there is no debt collection filed against you they'll take your number off their list, supposedly. Hopefully it works.
- hood river Cpa'syou have 2 charges left on your accounts and your account has been sent for final review
- LindaScam! They are relentless, now calling 2 and 3 times a day. Never leaving a reference number so if you were to call back you would have to give them information. I've supposedly been in the "final stages" for quite some time now.
