i got a call today from a private number. when i hecked my answering machine someone lef me a phone number and a file number. when i called the number i spoke with a woman named jasmin. such a sweet lady. it was a pleasure having her hep me.

IDs themselves as "THe Administration Division"  .   Most likely PAG  or Pinnacle Asset Group, which has been involved in a lot of debt scamming on 800notes.

BBB has seen a major increase in collection agencies starting business in the Upstate New York area over the past several years. BBB opened an investigation on the business in regard to a high volume pattern of complaints about associates of the business breaking federal laws of the FDCPA.  The business did not respond to BBB.

*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

Got a phone call from an "unknown number" on my voice mail, looking for my daughter, who no longer lives here.  Caller said they needed her to sign formal papers and they needed verification of her employment.  Left a phone number and Claim number:  855-640-9867, Claim #MZWF515394.  I called "the administration" and was told they were the PAD and represented various companies.  Guy who answered didn't recognize claim number and went to check.  I hung up.
