Called to say they were going to be delivering important documents, called them back, they would not identify who they were, put me on hold and I hung up.

Same thing here: Called and left voice mail, saying they were going to be delivering important documents.

Called for my daughter stating needed to ask her a few questions.

This number called my mother. They said if I didn't contact them within 2 days there would be serious consequences. If they something from me then they would call me directly.

Called my daughter and ex-husband telling them I am being warned that they will be serving papers to me at work...????

You are not warned if a summons is coming AND it is illegal to talk to third party about a pending "case"..

Just like the others that have posted a comment. Same thing. I called back and they transferred me to a "supervisor" who gave me the name of PRS Associates and state they are located in Los Angeles, CA with the following address 1105 Brockton Ave, Ste 1100, Los Angeles, Ca 90011. I believe this is false info they have given me as I cannot seem to locate any info online about this company or this address relating to this company. I'm even more annoyed that the "supervisor" was demeaning in how he was trying to speak to me in order to obtain a debt. If info he gave me was false and he is not representing the company he says they are with then it is in clear violation of FTC regulations.

Received a call today from this "so called company" stating that I owed a considerable amount of money on an overdraft bank account from 2001. Today is Feb. 19 2015.....He stated that If I did not pay this debt immediately, they were ready to send someone to the house to serve papers.  I so wish I could have seen this idiots face when I told him I found it hard to believe I owed any money to that bank as i have a savings account in good standing and my daughter, who is the vice president of our local branch would be happy to verify.  He hung up the phone.  I even called the number back that he had already given my husband, and he never came to the phone.  S C A M!

Received a call today for the 15th time talking about delivering summons to someone who does not and has not lived at this address.  We have lived here 30 years.  When I returned the call to the number left, the rude man said it pissed him off i told him to stop calling our number and he was sick of people calling and saying he called them.  He was yelling at me and then hung up!!  I will find someone to report this too immediately!!!
