I did yesterday. I asked for an email regarding a debt from 2006....she wanted my card number. I refused and asked for documentation by email. She hung up

I received a call that caller id displayed as Unavailable that I didn’t answer.  Here’s the message that was left.  This is Ashley Turner from the Department of legal services regarding legal documentation scheduled to be issued out to my home and or place of employment. I just needed to notify you and verify some information, but unfortunately you are unavailable at this time.  If you have any questions or concerns, you or your representing attorney can contact the claimant directly at 855 640-9889.    Now attached to your paperwork is a claim number to refer to. File number ######. You have been officially notified.     I’ll wait for the paper work to arrive in the mail.
