I received a call from this number earlier today. The caller left a voicemail. She had a distinct accent, but as best as I could tell, this is what she said:
"Hi, good afternoon. This message is for Sidney [redacted]. This is Florida Blue, and we're just calling to review your 2018 plan benefit[s]. You can also give us a call 855 645 7900, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thank you~"

I do have a 2018 health plan with Florida Blue. However, that phone number does not show up as a Florida Blue number in Google searches. The hours also appear to differ from those on Florida Blue's "Contact us" page.

I figure it is not legitimate, so will wait and see if I am contacted again.

Received call from 855-645-7900 and they impersonated a rep from Florida Blue and asked for my DOB.  I hung up and called Florida Blue directly and they confirmed this number does not belong to them.  You should block this number and not answer it.
