    Caller stated they were coming to my home or business to serve me with papers. Stated I owed 300 for a payday loan in 2012. Woman was very aggressive and rude.

    No one calls to give you a heads up that you'll be served.  Next time she calls, tell her that per the FDCPA, she must MAIL you (not fax or email) a debt validation letter proving you owe this debt.  If she was calling from a legitimate law abiding collections agency, she would have no problems doing this.  If she refuses to do this, tell her you've reported the call to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Also inform her that all calls she makes to you will be recorded to given to your lawyer for a lawsuit against her company for multiple violations of the FDCPA.

    Bottom line - if a caller refuses to mail you the legally required debt validation letter, they're scammers.
