Me too!   Said they were from "optum health, a part of united health group".  Said they had questions about my daughter and even knew her name!   Not calling them back .    By the way I listened several times... It's united health group not united healthcare.. ????   Caller ID was 412-773-8478, but said to call 855-651-8021

Same thing.  They are calling to ask questions about my daughter.  They said they are with United Health Group, not United Healthcare.  Same thing, caller id was 412-773-8478, but left a callback number of 855-651-8021.  When they called, I didn't answer and they left a message, using my daughter's name and said they need to ask some questions about her.  Don't know if I should call back or not.  I think it's kind of weird.

The call is from Optum Health which is a part of United Health Group, the owner of United Healthcare.  

It is simply a survey about your experience seeing a particular doctor that your child has seen.  It is done with a voice activated question and answer (6 questions) and you never talk to a person.  Nothing bad.

Got the same message concerning my daughter. 855-651-8021. Difficult to understand automated message. It is unusual. I didn't call back.

Same as others; received an automated call and they have my daugher & pedatrician's name. Not pleased this is automated nor that they provide any means for a human rep.

Their website is professional enough; why won't they offer a service phone number?

I too received the same call this day. Called back, and the first thing the autocaller wanted was my birthday and other verification. In this day with all the phishing attempts and identity theft, there is NO WAY I am volunteering this info with a robo-dialer!

DO not call my phone number again.
