If there was no court case, how would you be garnished?  We know you won't tell us the name and address of your employer because you wouldn't want to be arrested for being a scumbag who steals from honest people.

Keep receiving calls from a Terrence Bishop claiming to be an attorney's paralegal trying to collect on an old pay day loan debt.  He named one creditor and then named the next one.  The first one I recognized and have proof it was paid a few years ago.  Never heard of First Capital Bank.  I was suspicious and did some research and came up with several phone numbers and each one I called was either out of order or some woman answered it as "hello".  The third time I asked who she was.  She said, "well, who do you want me to be?"  I said, "no one, I simply thought I was calling a business."  She quickly changes her tune and tone, "well yes actually this is a answering service."  I asked her why, if it was an "answering service" she would continue answering the phone "hello".  I hung up on her.  2 minutes later Mr. Terrence Bishop is trying to call--gee what a surprise.  Obviously got my number from caller ID.  Today he called again and wants payment.  He also said I will be served Friday between the hours of such and such at my work.  I said I want proof who you are and proof of what this debt is for and exactly how much it is for.  He stated it was a payday loan and the balance was huge!  Fed me some [***] and bull story about a huge amount of being from "fraud".  FRAUD??  From what?  Well, I guess I promised to pay and I didn't so I committed fraud???  The bill was paid in full and never went to collections several years ago!  He claimed they didn't have to provide anything in writing because they are simply a "process server".  I said, "yet you're calling me for money and you take the money (I STUPIDLY gave them money the first time around and then promptly cancelled my card # and am working on getting it back).  If you collect money, Mr. Bishop, you are NOT a process server or a process service.  You are a debt collector"  And I have the right to get all that information from you according to Fair Credit/Debt Act.  He wanted me to fax proof that it was paid.  I told he wasn't getting one thing from me.  He can talk to my attorney.  What kind of company changes their phone number so many times and has so many numbers?  He even told me that the first number I had was not in service any more. Why??  He also kept telling me he was a legit company and that I needed to Google United Process Servers and also Catherine O'Connor.  Guess what?  There's nothing out there for that name(s) with all the multiple phone numbers I've gone on them.  I informed him he was a fraud and I didn't think they were a legit business and were getting nothing from me.  Again, he wants me to Google them because they're a legit business.  I informed him anyone and their dog can set up a website and be a so called legit business.  They need to be found and tossed in jail to rot.
