got a call from a JULIAN   said I had 1 day for this mediation...  wanted me to call 855 565 6721  mail it...come by.  whatever..  they claim they have it all anyway..   (please)

My message was from Brittany. My file is incomplete and she needs me to call so can give me the mediation options by EOB today or a professional locator WILL present me with papers for the complaint.

Got several calls from the Jullian guy very rude and very unprofessional and cant provide me with further information but had someone call me from a 646-362-0600 saying they going to serve papers to my job and when you call that number back you get this verizon number cant be reach please try again.............Someone please tell me who are these people???

got several calls from this number talking about mediation: from Shaun, cant provide me with any information, this is a fraudulent collection call don't fall for this scam!

I've been receiving phone calls from this number at my place of employment for while now and I whenever I try to call it, they say they are closed. Over the weekend, when my office is closed, the woman who keeps calling and harassing left me a very rude voice mail saying she was done playing games with me and that she knew where I lived and worked and was on her way to see me that day.  She named off the three of many places I have lived in the past, including my recent and said she was giving me one more chance to call back, but then again threatened me, saying she was coming to get me and serve me and I was most likely going to jail for not replying. I've gotten so many calls in the past that have been 100% scams and I'm getting so tired of getting these phone calls, especially at my work. I've made made complaints to our government, FBI, FCC, local policy, and it just keeps coming. When is it going to ever stop?!?

REAL process servers do not call - they just show up.  Threatening you with jail for "not replying" is another violation of federal law.  Per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller unless they mail proof you owe a debt and proof they have the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail - do not accept email of fax - this documentation within five days of their first call to you is another violation of federal law.  In short, no proof of debt/proof they can collect means they can go pound sand.  Per the FDCPA.

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

Seriously, the number has been found to be a scam...and is not in ANY way linked to her!

Britney Spears?  Britney Spears?  That has been?  You are interested in that loser? Why don't you simply call the number and find out for yourself it is the real number?  Since she is probably broke, I would imagine that she would answer the phone herself since she would be unable to pay an assistant to do it for her.
