gave a phone number and a case number would not give their name or company from where they was calling

Was told I owed  thousands of dollars to a credit card I had never had, then was called a liar when I informed him of that.

I received a call claiming they were serving papers to me concerning a credit card I never had.  Caller had a case number and gave me info when I called back.  Called our sheriff's office and they said there are no subpoenas for me.  This is certainly a scam.  Our Sheriff's office agreed it was a scam.

Received a call from this number, I was told that they had tried to serve me with a subpoena, gave me a case number. For a car I let go back, I've never let a card go back then ask me who David Moore was then told me I had a mortgage debt, which i do wut then said he would see me in court on the 20th. There is no Court date and no subpoena
