$37k from the Advantage Group

Company violating the do not call list & also using robo calls for telemarketing purposes which is also illegal. They leave a voicemail saying that you are pre approved for up to $37k in debt relief when they don’t even know your name, income, debt status or anything about you. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Barbara tried calling me as well. 37k as listed above. Nice try ;)

Barbara left a voice-mail, my phone didn't even ring. Said I'm pre-approved for $37k loan. This is a scam call don't fall for it.

I get a total of 7 phone calls per day from this number and more telling me that I am pre-approved for up to $37k. I have told them on many occasions to stop calling me and just as soon as I hang up I will get another call. This is clearly in violation of the do not call list and the federal privacy act how do I file charges and/or a lawsuit against these people?

Scammers nether know nor care if you're on the DNC list. And to "file charges and/or a lawsuit against these people" you need their legal name and business address. Good luck getting that.

Barb called, 7-11-22:  She said, Call Advantage for you are approved for $37,000.

Would a legitimate company offer a loan "out of the blue"???  Last I heard, you had to apply for one.

I got a robocall from Barb too. Preapproved for 37K. Scaml.
