Someone named "Michelle" left a voice mail, called them back and they threatened to have me served at my home or office, never identified themselves other than to say they were a legal process server. No other details.

They are NOT "legal process servers".  They are making an ILLEGAL THREAT!!   REAL process servers do NOT call first!!!  Report at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general.  Then block them.

Received 3 calls from "Linda Smith" about a fax order delivery scheduled for me.  Saying they have made several attempts to contact me and will be making a direct attempt at my place of employment or residence to drop off documents.  If I want to schedule an alternate location and to call the number back to make arrangements.  Very threatening.  I filed a complaint with the FCC for unwanted calls.

Calls and threatens regarding an account I had over 15 years ago.  They claim to be process servers an will have a judgment filed in 14 days (in reality they can't get one done that fast) Refuses to provide documentation as they claim that they sent it to my address.  That address had no site delivery and the creditor knew it then.  Block them and report to ftc.gov

Recorded message from Linda smith stating they have a delivery for me by my maiden name and I’ve been married for 6 years. To return their call or they will deliver it to my place of employment or home. These people have called my phone 3 times today  as well as the other three cells on this account and my father and brother in other states.

I have received 6 calls from "Linda Smith" for a call intended for Preston Flink.  We have two lines and has called on both.  Preston Flink has never lived here nor had these phone numbers.  I called back the two numbers that come up on ID and all I got was music playing.  Very annoying!!!!!!

I received a call regarding legal action being taken against my husband.  They gave me a case# also. It also came from a private number. Should I be concerned?
