Called my cell phone. Did not ring but went to voicemail.  It was a recording that my student loan was eligible for forgiveness.  I don't have a student loan. The message gave the number to call: (844)447-3378. This is different than the caller id number that I am reporting here.  I called the caller id number and received a network message "the subscriber you dialed is not in service".  So they are using a fake called id. I will also report the 844 number separately on this website.

Called my cell phone 3 times within 1 minute.  Did not leave message this time, but previously left voicemail about student loan, which I haven't had in over 10 years.  I tried calling it back, without success.  I have now blocked the number.
