    these people are scammers they get into your computer and say you have a virus and you must call Microsoft immediately to get rid of the virus.  This is a scam.  Do not speak with them and do not let them get information from your computer.  Turn off your computer immediately and get it cleaned because they have hacked your computer.  It happened to me. BEWARE
