This is some bogus debt collector claiming they have AT&T debt, but this is a debt that was resolved with ATT directly.

Got a call from this company about a debt with AT&T that we already showed another collection agency was not a valid debt

I didn't answer the phone when I got this call but I did look it up and I'm glad I didn't. I guess it's some "debt collector" for AT&T which sounds like total bull.

Looks to be AT&T debt collector. I do still owe my final AT&T payment so seems legit to me.

Phone caller ID is too easily spoofed (faked). NEVER give out personal/financial information on a call you did not make. NEVER call back a number given to you in a fax, text, or email. Check it out & validate it FIRST!

got a call from this number, didny answer.looking at other comments it seems to be a debt collector for ATT. I dobt owe ATT anything.

Just got a call now from this number.  They didn't leave a message.  

I called them right back and was put on hold, then disconnected. The name of the company wasn't even mention.

do they keep calling you?  they call me everyday but i never answer.  i did however called them back and asked what company they work for and he said occh something.  I couldn't understand him.  I asked him to repeat.  Then I asked what those letter means and he said those are just letters and he doesn't know what it means?  he asked for my number and i said i just hung up.  i tried looking them up but this is the only info i could find on them.  Who are these people?  I've been paying all my bills.

They called me after 8:30 pm, I thought debt collectors had a cut off time. I didn't answer but I do owe AT&T money for really horrible service that I overpaid for months.

I answered this call because I was expecting another call. A man with a thick accent started out wanting to verify my address and social security number. I refused to answer and told him he would have to tell me who he is. He kept going saying once I verified he would tell me. I refused, so he told me to have a nice day. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!

This is a scam collector. It's scary that they have our SS numbers and all of our information and they get it from legitimate accounts. AT&T and everyone else you have an account with sells your information to anyone who wants to buy it.

This number has called three times today, not once leaving a message. They called after ten last night. I do not have an account with AT&T...this is a bogus collection attempt it sounds like from all of the posts on here.

I haven't answered but the [***] have been calling me while I'm at work. I've seen people saying it's a collection agency for AT&T. Would be okay if I actually had AT&T services but I DONT! Never did! I don't know why they're calling me but I just want it to stop! I've found a way to block them now, hopefully no more calls. I do know a family member who owes them but why on earth would they be harassing me?!

They claim they are trying to reach a Debra Hall.  I told them there is no Debra Hall here and to stop calling.  We'll see what happens.

Several times a week my cell phone gets robo dialed from this number. They don't ring long enough for me to pickup and answer. After reading these comments, that's just as well. I have never had an AT&T account.  I think these calls may be tied to other scams as well.

I got the same thing you did but a woman with a thick accent. She wanted to verify my name, address, phone number and social security number. I refused to answer any of them. She insisted I answer so they could verify that she was really talking to me. I again refused to answer and asked whom she was and what company. She refused to answer my questions so I hung up. Apparently, they have been calling my father as well.

If it is a debt collector for AT&T, I do not owe them anything. I pay my bill on time every month. I am really thinking about getting rid of AT&T because of poor customer service anyways. This just adds to the fire.

Have called cell number 3 times, but no message left.  I called back and man said EOSCCA...I looked them up and it is a Debt company.  I told the man no one leaves a message (and I KNOW have no late bills).  He wanted my phone number to look up/research.  I hung up after I said if it was legite, the person would be leaving a message.

I received several calls from this number.Yesterday they were the IRS looking for someone by the name of Victor. Today they are EEOSCA looking for Victor. Ive had my number for 15 years and dont know a Victor. Extremely heavy accent barely understandable. Ive asked them to remove me from the list they say they will but they dont. Have now blocked them.

They call constantly!!! I always pick up and EVERY single time I do there is nothing on the other end....whatda??

They have called me several times on my cell phone.  The first couple times no one said anything.  Today, I waited for a response.  The caller asked to speak to my husband and would not give me any information.  When I googled them, it said they were collectors for ATT.  We have never used ATT before!
