Second call in two months. Did not leave a message. Caller ID says: NAME NOT FOUND 0118556669212

Second call... Second time no message left... You know the drill: YOU'RE BLOCKED!

Hang up call with no message to my private cell phone, returned call from a landline and it was a credit company that I couldn't even understand the name of and didn't sound familiar.  Sounded like OASCA or something similar.  Assuming it is a solicitation call, but if they can't even leave a message or say the name of their company clearly, I don't know how they expect to ever get anyone on the phone.  Very annoying.

Left no message so I called back and there is a recording that doesn't identify who it is either.  I waited for a little bit then hung up.

this numer has been calling my company phone for two weeks. Each time I picked up no one talked on other end and the phone was hung up in 10 seconds. I have no idea why they called me.
Very anoying. Anyone can suggest how to deal with this?

Called claiming they were from Wells Fargo to talk about a credit card offer. Pretty sure it's a scam...
