Caller stated she was "Miss Simmons" and needs to get in touch with me as soon as humanly possible with an urgent matter. Calling with unknown number and leaves 855 number to call her back directly at 8:14 in the morning.

This is the classic tactic of a debt collector.  According to callerdb.com, the number has no assigned location and is likely spoofed.  Also a common tactic of debt collectors.  I wouldn't become upset though, most of the time they just call everybody with the same last name until they either find the actual debtor or convince some poor unsuspecting person that they are responsible for the debt.
