At first we thought it was legit because had actually entered into a cruise giveaway a month or so ago but then i searched the number and saw all of these posts and told him it was a scam.

Received a text from nmyzti@msn.com  saying my "entry was selected for our winning Cruise to the Bahams !  Call 8556790019 " ..
I did not enter.  I do not know anyone by that name or at msn.com.  

I sent a return text "reply" ;

"You are in violation of the National Do Not Call Registry.  Your number has been reported. "

Same message.  Not going to call.

received a text from jiihbpurk@hotmail.com saying I won a cruise for two; FRAUD

I just got a text from zvmgniw@gmail.com:  "Call 8556790018 to collect your free Cruise to the Bahamas!"  I'm deleting it. I'm sure it's too good to be true.

Total scam, but I read all the posts to see if someone actually :).

MiMi, should NOT reply to these messages.  #1 they could careless about 'Do not call registry', #2 you are acknowledging that your cell number is a good number.

I got one from mtoxjombl@hotmail.com - text says you've been chosen for a cruise to the Bahamas! call 855-679-0019 and then three days later I get one that says zlyojqchm@gmail.com Your entry was selected for out winning cruise to the Bahamas.  If you notice it doesnt say it's free. Says I was "chosen" and that the cruise was a "winning cruise" .  Don't be fooled - You'll be paying for this if you call back.

I got one too. Same Bahamas cruise message from the email ssimaevzk@msn.com. I recently did an update to one of the games on the phone. Started recieving the message everyday after that.

careful not to use the words "prize" or "won"  where there might be legal issues.
