They called my cell phone and told me that I was going to court for a payday loan I did not do. They tried to use my old email that has been closed for years and tried to take out funds through my bank institution. I have reported this and my bank has a security alert on this. The automated voice was claiming to be Amy Little.

Got the same call yesterday. Amy Little left a voice mail. I called it back with questions. The guy who answered said they were ASG Litigations and located in Chandler,AZ. He said they were calling in reference to a bounced check I had on a payday loan. Now don't u think if that were true that I would have heard from the company I borrowed from about it before they would put it in someone else's hands? Furthermore I'm pretty sure that would show up as a negative on my credit report which it hasn't. Just the latest scam by stupid idiots. Go get a damn job.

Another call from Amy Little.  Said she was going to find me, verify my address and my emplyers address.  Did not state what the call was about just that she had papers that were going to be served to me.  Didn't state where she was from, but upon investigation she also stated she was with ASG who I have NO idea who or what that is.  Called my lawyer and they said just to ignore all phone calls!!  Agree with the other gentlemen, GET A DAMN JOB!!!!!

They called and said that I owe money for a cash advance from 2009-2011 and it will go to civil court if I didn't pay it today ,I advise I would like documents showing this and they said once I paid this off they would send me the proper information,

Why would I send you I pay it and then wait for documents ,Its  SCAM PEOPLE .they wouldn't even give me there name .

I received a message from Amy Little, and when I called back, the lady on the other end spoke so fast that I couldn't get her name or who I "owe" money to.  I was finally able to speak to Jason who said I took an online loan sometime before March, 2011 and gave false information regarding my banking information.  He claims the name of the place is Access Processing, but it also pops up as a scam.  He gave me a PO Box number although I asked for a physical address, and that box belongs to an individual in Chandler, Arizona,  He also gave me a different phone number than the one they called me from, and that number led me here.  I told them to go ahead a file their papers.  We'll see what happens, but I'm 100% sure this is a scam.

Another call from Amy Little. Said she was going to find me, verify my address and my employers address.  Did not state what the call was /about just that she had papers that were going to be served to me.  Didn't state where she was from, but upon investigation she also stated she was with ASG who I have NO idea who or what that is. I was told that it was also about an online loan and that I was going to be arrested if I didn't make payment.  I spoke with the bank in whom my supposed payment did not clear from, they cant find where I even had an account with them even before they changed names.  I am in process of filing charge and disputing the money I paid them.

No idea what ASG is supposed to mean.  Or ASG litigation.  The ASG acronym is used by several debt collection groups.  As is the word “Alliance.”

I got a call from Amy Little and a Bridgette Thompson stating the same and my wages will be garnished

Wages are garnished  by court order...not because these two say  so.

From phone Numbers 1-855-875-9117 and 1-855-245-1630 Call from A lady named Amy Little and another call from Bridgette Thompson stating I owe a payday loan back from 2011 or 2012 from a company called SGQ LTD which is affiliated with Fast Cash Advance. When asked how much this loan was for they couldn't tell me or the exact date. I got 2 different addresses from them one was 14390 ClayTerris Suite 201 Carmel Indiana 46032 and the other address was P.O. Box 174 Chandler Arizona I asked for them to send me all information on this matter and was told they already sent the papers to The courthouse. Then why did they call me lol...they said I could pay a settlement of lump sum of $940.00 or after court $2,842.12 and my wages would be garnished. I've called the courthouse and no such papers have been sent there. I've looked up any information I could find on both of the names of the company's they had given me and have found nothing but complaints of fraud from them.

I had a phone call a couple of times from an Amy little with ASG claiming that i took out money for a pay day long back some time ago, She keeps calling me by my maiden name and leaving voicemails about serving me papers, i haven't been that name in years, now she is contacting my new starter businesses number.  I have not ever not paid a debt.  My credit is flawless.  Please don't believe the hype, yes i agree this is a scam!!
