Process server scam.  Suppose to call 855-679-2092

12037064586 Deposited a new message:
"Hello, this is regarding Alicia case number is 2023 394126. This is Mark Cross with the county dispatch office and we are making our final attempt to serve a court order summoned to the property address attached to this phone record. The documents require a signature for proper service and delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be present and available contact the issuing agents. Legal department for further information at 8556792092, failure to communicate with the office will result in penalties and fines under title 18 section 15 01. Willful evasion of service."

This is a scam call!

Process server scam. The is one of these most legitimate-sounding scam calls I've ever received and if I were less familiar with the legal system I might have believed it. Message was left by a number from my zip code, but when I called the number, a man answered and said he was with l  a law firm called Ryan Hart & Associates in Huntington Beach, CA. There is an attorney with that name in CA but there doesn't seem to be a "Ryan Hart & Associates" in any state. When I admitted I didn't have my case number, he said to call back when I did and hung up.
