This number calls says he is a MR Rayburn and that he has court documents for you. They are actually trying to harrass you into info about your friends.

They keep calling harrasing me and I dont even know what they're talking about...

this # called(a man) my mother in law saying they were from the attorney generals office & that I'd missed a court date. She calls me & I called that #. A Sara Blankenship starts giving me a hard time saying my son & I are involved in some bank wire fraud for the last 5 yrs! I kept saying i don't know what you are talking about and that I don't know whats going on. she says look it up on the Ca superior court website under bank wire fraud. she was being very accusatory, saying all kinds of crap! I asked her what company she works for she said one that sues people, Edison,Park & Assoc. WTF!!!! She said u talk to your son and call me back in the a.m.  her # is 909 456 1853! I was pretty freaked out but I  KNOW I'VE DONE NO SUCH THING!!!!! I didn't call her back. I looked on the net and its a frigging collection agency! I have neglected my credit cards since I am struggling to keep a roof over my families head, but this is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! That was Monday. Today Friday they called my sons work and said he & his mom are in trouble & there's a cease and desist order! WTF!!!! I found out by law they have 5 days from the day I contacted them to send something in writing. That would be tomorrow!!!

They've been calling me out of the blue about 3-4 weeks ago, saying they have some court documents they're going to send to the court clerk.  Now, I know they're a collection agency, but I'm not even late on my loan payments.

They said they now own my home. Are they for real? They wanted 2 forms of ID. my SS and address. I told them I can't talk right now becuse I am taken medacation. He got real pissed off and I had to hang up.
BOA is known for not telling us about court dates. But to sell our home to a DEBT COLLOCTOR is a new one to me. I thought we had a modifacton, we were told that our house payments went to a all fee account. WOW so mabe they did sell our home. I will find out more Friday. Becarefull, may be a scam may not. thursday sept 20 2012..

I'm getting daily calls from this number and so annoying. But in my case I have no debt, credit cards, or mortgage. So why am I getting the calls. Nothing makes sense.

My father who is in his 80s was sent a letter stating that he needed to respond within 7 days of receipt of this letter or he would lose his eligibility.  For what, he didn't know so he gave me the letter and this same phone number 855-679-6973 was printed on it.   It had a return address "Administration Department, 1000 North West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington Delaware 19801" ... which when googled, it shows up as a virtual office... one of those mailbox locations that use "suite" instead of "box number" ...

DO NOT BE FOOLED.  Anything having to do with this phone number is a  SCAM.

Same number 1-855-679-6973, same name 'Administration Department', same address 1000 North West Street, Suite 1200. This time it was to addressed to me with the message:

"It is important that you contact us toll free 1-855-679-6973, within 7 days of receiving this notice."

For me it was the elimination of my timeshare fees. They really do their research and push the right buttons.

It's a scam.

I got the same timeshare notice.  Of course I do not own one.  But on my form it says Management Departmen 14 Wall Street 20th Floor,  New York, NY 10005.  With the same phone number as yours.

They send me post cards saying I got a 100 $ walmart gift card valchure... or something like that. How'd they get my first n last name??? My address and phone number??? Im gonna say its a scam. Ppl should really investigate these ppl.

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it.

I just received from the same number nut my letter says it's from a Resort Services Center located in Las Vegas. It stays I qualify to permanently eliminate all future timeshare Fees.. REALLY!! Very annoyed by [***]..

I received a letter in the mail today from Resort Services Center 5550 Painted Mirage Rd. Ste 320 A8, Las Vegas, NV 89149.
I am being told to respond no later than June 30th to qualify for permanent elimination of future timeshare maintenance fees.  What the heck, I don't even own a timeshare.
There phone number in bold font: 855-679-6973.

Same letter here, no timeshare though. Google search for Resort Services Center in Las Vegas turns up nothing relevant

These people try to scare people into sending them money. Some people will do it thinking that some how they owe money so they pay a fee or something with a card... Its a scam plain and simple.
