tried to sell me time share maintenance insurance, hell I don't own a time share  also got a letter in the mail from a company in Manhattan  NY  with the same phone number on it trying to do the same, sell time share coverage
i'm on the do not call list, and unlisted,

i got a letter referring to eliminate time share maintenance fees company has no name listed address list as 14 wall st 20th flr new york new york 10005

I received a letter which will "QUALIFY" me to "PERMANENTLY  ELIMINATE  ALL  FUTURE  TIMESHARE  MAINTENANCE  FEES".  Additionally the latter also states "THIS  INCLUDES  BUT  IS  NOT  LIMITED  TO  YOUR  2014  MAINTENANCE  FEE BILL".  Over the past 3 or 4 weeks, we have gotten phone call left on our message recorder, also talking about the subject of "TIMESHARE" issues.
  The operators of the outfit sending the letters can ONLY identify themselves as the "MANAGEMENT  DEPARTMENT"; for both the name of their company and as to who authored the letter.  Aside from the phone number of (855) 679-6971, the only address given is =
           MANAGEMENT  DEPARTMENT - 14 Wall St., 20th Floor - New York, New York  10005

we received the same message and have gotten lots a d lots of phone calls . HOW DO WE PUT A STOP TO THIS wE DO NOTHAVE TIME SHARES AND DO NOT WANT ANY

We got a letter saying we qualified for permanently eliminating all future maintenance fees if we call this number by July 27th. What is going on! The name and address they used is Resort Services Center 5550 Painted Mirage Rd. suite 320-A8. Las Vegas, NV 89149.  Another scam I'm thinking!

I got the same letter from the same address, only I have to respond by June 27th.  Interestingly, the letter starts out by saying that I "now qualify to permanently eliminate all future  ... ", and in the last sentence of the same letter, "If we do not hear form you soon, we cannot guarantee qualification."  So, I went from being qualified to not being qualified in a matter of a few sentences!

My home phone number is similar to the number for this outfit.  Two women have called me today thinking they were returning a call to Resort Services.  One was very angry and threatened to call her attorney if "I" called her again.  The other woman sounded elderly and was quite confused when I tried to explain to her that I was not Resort Services.  Obviously a SCAM.  BEWARE!!

I got the exact same letter today addressed to my deceased mother who passed away 7 yrs ago!!  She had a time share but we sold it 7 yrs ago when she passed. Our letter was exactly the same as yours. same address and ph #

Yes, I got the same letter. Same address in Las Vegas. We DO own a timeshare, but it seems fishy to me because the name of the timeshare company is nowhere on the letter. Sure sounds like a scam to me!

I received the same bs letter why doesn't the Vegas cops do something important and bust these crooks. They target the elderly that are on fixed incomes and do not have any money to spare. What are the cops out beating up minorities for doing nothing or what?
