More information is needed but did you do a Google search for it?  855 is an area code loaded with scammers.

How were you notified??  What was their offer??

I got a letter in the mail telling me to contact them at this number about my Timeshare maintenance fees. I own no timeshare.

I also received a letter stating : You now qualify for a permanent Maintenance Fee elimination.
All of your Timeshare Maintenance Fee bill may be permanently eliminated. Some restrictions may apply.
They go on to say that they have been unable to contact me ( probably because I block [***]) and if I wish to continue paying a maintenance Fee then disregard this notice.
Notice the key words MAY. The only way to eliminate your Timeshare Maintenance fee is to sell the Timeshare since your maintenance fee also pays your annual property taxes and up keep, electric etc.on the Timeshare property and as you know if you don't pay the taxes then you'll lose it anyway. The scam is probably giving up your Timeshare and get nothing for it. Besides you could easily rent your Timeshare at least for the maintenance fee cost and still own it and use the facilities every day if you wish. Pool, Parking, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills etc. If you have a timeshare in the town where you live then use it and enjoy the benefits like I do. I own on the Beach in the town where I live so I use it often even just to have private parking while walking the beach, it's worth the annual fee for me. thanks 800notes
