This is the customer service number to MyVanilla debit card.  I've never used this type of debit card before but they seem to charge a lot of service fees.  They ask for your name, address, DOB, and SSN to register the card before you can even use it - they say it's because it's required under the Patriot Act.

I call exsplain my issue your girl hung up after putting me on hold a couple of times i called back she denied it was her i last spoke with i ask to speak to superviser she wanted me to ecsplain over again wich i said i wanted to speak to superviser then i was told i cant get my money back 20 is not alot but its the point that matters here i cant get no one to help me with this why ?

The girl answering custumer servises is rude wouldnt connect me to a superviser she told me my moma bad business all i want is what i payed 20 on this car myvanilla i got at riteaide

I don't understand what they say in awhile contacting MyVanilla Card Customer Care to replace my lost or stolen debit card... They are harassment and misunderstanding answers! So I am not able to call them for card replacement, it's better to send them a letter to MyVanilla Card company via USPS postal mail...
