Ok, this is a first for me, everyone, but read on for what happened. Went to the mailbox this morning and found a yellow postcard inside with dire warnings and offers to help with your back pain. There was, of course, a 1-855-690-0868 number on the back where you could give them your details and they'd help your back pain by phone. Ok, not exactly the main use of this site, but I hope that everyone who uses the site would understand that this unusual situation could prevent someone from becoming another victim of an identity scam.

This is another one of the "Back Brace" scammers that targets Medicare patients. Please report them to your local post office if you receive a post card in the mail claiming they've been trying to reach you. A postal offence is a Federal Crime, punishable by jail time and damages. There is such an offence as listed by the Cornel Law site under U.S. code 1701, but the cons have misquoted the offence. I would like to thank you for posting this, I care for a 96 year old woman who is my husband's grandmother I too received this same yellow card in my mail addressed to her I star 67 the number and called them it was a male foreign accented gentleman trying to get personal information and account numbers on the woman that the card was addressed to this is definitely a scam and thank you for sharing!
