Got a call claiming i took out a pay day loan I didn't. Scammers

(855) 690-1225 is calling a number that is not my primary # and I would not give out trying to reach me saying they are trying to collect a debt from me, which I do not have & saying they have legal documents in my name that they want to drop off. They have call 3 times now & the persons name is James. When I call the number back its not in service.

I just got the same call 2 hours ago from the same number  and caller named James. Didnt bother to call back.

Oh wow ya the same name James & the same # has called 3 days in a row now.

Claim i  am being sued and have court papers contacted my lawyer said scammers.

I just got a call from a lady named Amy Allen same number saying it was Civil Ivil Procedure.  I don't give out my parents # either lol and I have no bills

We just got a call from the same number using the same EXACT name calling for my Mother regarding civil issuing documents. Since when do legals give out any info, including case numbers, over the phone to someone other than the person calling? What a joke!

Got the same call said gonna receive paperwork Wednesday haven't called back since scammers

Also got a call one to my wife and one to my parents saying they need to drop off paper work and need to know when I am home  I have no debt it's a scam

Had this number say i was summoned to court for a loan i didnt make back in 2011. They wanted me to give them information in order to send me any supporting documents. Just didnt sound right to me especially since i never took any kind of loan out during that time period.

Hi Yesterday my mom received a call from Arizona number about civil papers and to contact another number in a different state with a case number So I called was half asleep guy asked me all these badgering questions about ever being summons etc Then said he has all my info and then said what case was for to collect a debt from Personal Cash advance (this company has no legit contact can’t get in reach) for 12251 and had two options monthly payment of 13 which equals to 1500 or pay half which was 596 After hearing talk and say do I want to take this matter on my own terms to avoid court and attorney fees that was guys favorite line so I just agreed to make payment but after doing quick research my heart’s pounding I can’t find any reason why I am liable for something I NEVER RECEIVED and he says they sent a notice about 45 days ago to sum it up is this a scam and should I remain calm or remain cautious as they have all my info which I never gave to them and is someone actually going to my house to summons me or is this false info to here to scare me the number is 8556901225 name is John Seriano as he claims
