A man named Victor Morgan from Alliance Solutions keeps leaving messages saying he's taking me to court.  It's my understanding that any form of "service" has to be done in person, or by mail.  He left me a final message stating "... has now been served for the last time".  This guy is a moron.  If you ever get a call from him or Alliance Solutions, they're nothing but bottom-feeding debt collectors.  Not my problem if they buy a bad debt just to try to collect on it later.

A man named David lee called me yesterday morning saying that he had papers to serve me to appear on court. Was given the option to contact the number above to work with them to pay off a fraud debt. Sounds like a scam. They call from a blocked number and are very rude over the phone. They say their attorneys are there to work with you. Doesn't sound to real to me.

I just got the same call but from Marshal Taylor, and they said the same thing. I called my County Courthouse and they said it was nothing and the Attorney General and they said its bogus.

A woman named Rebecca Green, left a message on my answering machine saying the same thing and they are going to take me to couirt....According to the Consumer Afair Agency, they cant do that...I am going to report them to the Consumer Affair agency..I know I dont have their address, but I have their phone number.

I got an email from a Victor Morgan talking about he's going to put a warrant out for my arrest if I don't pay some loan . A loan that I don't no anything about. They are threatening to call my job and have me arrested  what I'm I to do. This is the first time I heard of this person.
