I answered they didn't speak, won't be long and another criminal will be calling.

Keeps calling me about a relative, and saying they're trying to serve him legal documents! Total scams. I think they're trying to get social security numbers from people who would fall for it. My brother called to see what it was all about, and one of the "departments" (they passed him around, but these people were clearly alone in their bedrooms, or something, waiting for their turn to play in on the scam) he spoke with provided him with an SSN, and got upset when he said it was incorrect and refused to give her the correct one. She them yelled and told him they'll be seeing him in court for not complying. Oooookay. Reported.

Called for Property address - wanting to serve legal papers?   for a non-existent occupant

Left a message for a name similar to mine but not quite correct. Said that "documents were being drawn up" and then referenced a "court case." Totally bogus sounding. Provided this 855 number to call back, and if I don't my address will be "deemed on record and served."  LOL

Scam! 1, real process servers don't call in advance. 2, you can't be served over the phone. 3, block and ignore such calls if you can.

This company called from a private number and so I let it go to voicemail, to which I listened to and was rather shocked at the nature of the message so I called back, a very rude man spoke to me and hung up, they were looking for someone who isn't me, asked for my name and I refused as I know that isn't smart to do, the entire call was unnerving and unecessary.

Very rude and unprofessional people called this number with a name I’ve never heard of stating that they need such person to sign some legal documentation. Well he needed telling me to mind my business that to just hand over MY PHoNE to the such person. I told them they needed to do their job better and get the right information from the person they are looking for and I hung up the phone. SCAMMERS!!

Just got a call from them saying I owe money to an old account that’s been closed for years and that if I don’t pay that I will be getting sued and told me a social security number and if it was mine with a old address. So I called back asking for their company’s name and address and the guy was really rude and didn’t want to answer my question. He got made when I asked to repeat the address and number on file that they had of mine said he couldn’t do it and a asked just send me the paperwork and that pissed him off calling me a “dead beat” lol
