A man left a message sayn call with ref number blah for wage garnishment.

Asking to find a family member for some bs lawsuit pending in her county...after refusing to give any information on her I was called a, " f*cking c*nt" by the male on the phone. I'm assuming this is some sort of scam.

These [***] called me at work and threatened my manager..........My manager backed me up and said don't call here anymore.....she also said that is poor business ethics and that I need to report them to the better busines bureau.............I dont even know what these f r's are calling for!

Those rascals call your employer in order to put some embarassment into you,  to encourage you to call and make a "settlement" ,  even tho it may not be your debt.    It's good that your manager knows the scoop and told them not to call again.  If they do they are violating the law.  Of couse,  since they are scammers it wont bother them a bit.  I read where some of these scams are now coming out of Ukraine.   I guess India, pakistan, Nigera, and the off shore islands have spread the good word about the fertile grounds of the USA. I am glad our government isn't overly concerned about what is happening to the people.  Heck,  in many cases the court systems have abeted their collections on false debts.    Jeeeeeeezz

This man called me for a f@#$g loan that owed from another company. That company told me this is a scam artist trying to get money from you dont give them no information in regards to this loan. Information was hacked from their system. So to all of you do not let these people threaten you they will not put u into jail and DO NOT GIVE INFO TO THEM bank info, ss# etc. They are FRAUDS!!!!!! :-)

They called my brothers work phone and asked him to get ahold of me within 48 hrs because there was a judgement against me

he said his name was John Underwood gave his extension and a case # when my brother asked him how he got his work number he wouldnt tell him and when my brother asked him what it was about he said he wouldnt tell him that either

They called my phone left me.a message harrasing me I called the number back and the same Guy answered the phone and told me to shut up

Got a call from someone saying they are a process server asking about my son, saying he was going to be served within  48 hours. I should call 855-695-1312. With a case number 315-936
When I called the number I talked to a man named Shawn Paine, who , after I gave them the case number  transferred me to a different man who would not identify himself.
He said they were going to sue my son for wage garnishment for some pay day loan. I said that's impossible he doesnj't work and is disabled. Then the man asked me who I was. I said his mother. I did not give him my name.  He said this was about a pay. Day loan  done. Over a year ago online  And my son owes 1300.00! My son does not work. Then this man got extremely threatening and said then it was probably me and I probably committed fraud. They had our bank name, which disturbed me very much. He said the job listed was a state  job, which I used  to have. But not for over well over year, but my son never held a job.
Then he said , ok Xxxxb, which  was my first name and said were going to prosecute YOU for fraud. Enjoy. Prison . I told him I was contacting my attorney, he laughed and said go ahead, you' ll pay. A lot of money for that and hung up.  He was cruel, insulting abusive and terrifying. Who ARE these people and where do they information about someone and do these things. how would know my  phone number, my bank, my sons name, any of that. This is some kind of scam, but it's scary as hell and makes me ANGRY thatbtheybwould first threaten my son, then me.

This lady called and left message for to call regarding wage garnishment with reference number and my last 4 ssn.

Oy vey - Joey is back, but on this thread now.  Those fraudulent debt collector boiler rooms must be pretty seedy for him to want to continue to spend more time on this site where he is clearly not welcome.

A man called for someone who had my phone number before me. I politely explained that he had the wrong number and that I had apparently gotten her number after she changed it. He didn't believe me and demanded to know MY name. He told me all of the private details of this other girl's case and when I suggested that perhaps he was crossing some ethical line by telling this girl's business, he again suggested that I was this girl and why should it matter if I'm not her. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he works alone and that I'm ridiculous... blah blah blah... finally he told me he "Hope you die!" ... Who says these things? Can he get away with that?

I'm so thankful to have come across this site. I just received a phone call from this number stating the exact same thing.  Only it was a female asking me to call the same number with an ext. and case number.  She wouldn't give me any details or anything.  How is this possible? What action can we take against these people?

The same thing just happened to me!  Gave me an extension as well.  Im glad i looked the number up and found this website, i was scared on on the brink of falling for the bs.

I got his call from an investigator Lee from Northeast Credit Solutions.  He was asking for my husband and I told hiom he is not here and ask what this pertain to and told him who I was. He would not tell me, he just told me to have my husband to call him. He did tell me that my husband might be facing criminal charges for fraud. I had my husband call him. My husbandcall me back and said that this guy is telling us we owe 700.00 on a payday loan. Well not realizing that this was put on our bankrupcy my husband told me to set up payment arrangements, so I did. Well I got to thinking about it and the guy did say who the payday loan was from, Mass Street Group. Well I remember the name and got our papers from our bankrupcy and there is was and our bankrupcy was discharged in October of this year. Well I took my debt card to the bank and got another debt card. I call this number and left a message saying that this was put on our bankrupcy and that we will not be paying anything. Did not get a phone call back until today Saturday Dec.!st 2012. This guy asked for me and told me that my husband was not a man because her couldn't talk to him about this. Well he proceded to tell me that we file bankrupcy chapter 7 in 2008, No we filed chapter 13 converted to cahapter 7 a few months. He argued with me and then told me to shut-up. I hung up on him. Call my husband who was trying to call me and we discussed this and decided to call our the lawyer that handled our bakrupcy and ask if there is something we should do. The guy did leave a message on my phone telling me that was a stupid thing to do and that we were stupid and that our history showed that how our stupid we are. The guy don't even know usand he does not know our history and the reasons for filing bankrupcy. I was told I need to go to the police here were we live and report it. We think tis is someone trying to get money from us.

I just got a call today from this number 855-695-1312 ext 215 so my mom answered the phone and they passed the call to my sister (my mom doesn't speak english) my sister got all the info for me to call back and then this [***] [***] says "who answered the phone?" my sister said thats my mom. then she says tell her not to be answering the phone if she doesnt speak english were in america tell her to go back to mexico. when she told me what they said I called back on a full rampage. i told off the person who answered asked to speak with a manager which they couldnt transfer me. a legit company would not do this yes they might be rude but they dont call and disrespect peoples homes like that.

I am constantly being harrased by this number, they tell me that i am going to be served court order and that i am going to be arrested, if i don't pay. when they called they disrespected my mom for not speaking English. I called the company that I owe money to and they told me they have been getting many calls from other customers with the same story. DO NOT give them any info they are committing FRAUD
