I got a call from this number saying they have a complaint about me... they even leave my case number.. should i call them back.. 8556954478

If they cannot extend any details as to what this "case" is in regards to (ie: Their company name), then it's probably not that important. If you know you don't owe any money, you're probably fine.

There are tons of scams out there that use similar tactics and it's best to just ignore the calls. If you truly have an issue, you will receive an official letter in your mailbox.

So i called them today. They put me on hold for maybe 10 minutes... the guy told me mr Padilla that i owe money (mastercard) $1800... he said they be sending notice n letter to my add but i never got anything... so i told them to send me this info to my add so that way i can review it and i told the guy that our conversation is been recording.. So the guy was like ohhhh so he said he can terminate the call and i have to call him when im ready... so he hang up the phone

They called me too. And whats worse, they are calling my relatives too!

Yep thwy called my step daughter... so now i tild my daughter to block that number

They said i owe money on this first bank of Delaware back in 2008
