This is a toll – free number for the Ensurem, LLC insurance agency located at 15500 Roosevelt Blvd., #304, Clearwater, FL 33760 844-847-3800. And sure had purchased a live transfer lead from an overseas call center which goes by the name "Senior Benefits."

Caller said he was an insurance agent for Medicare. He told me the Medicare plan I have is no longer accepting my vision or dental doctors and it was a no brainer that I should change from my HMO to a different plan. Very high pressure and rude when I told him I would research it myself. Finally, I told him that if I decided to change I would call him. He gave me his name and number. He gave me false information. My Doctors do accept the plan that I have. I’m not sure if this is a scam.

This caller solicited my mother & convinced her to switch plans. She had the wherewithal to ask if her PCP was in the new plan, was told yes, but last Thurs. discovered he is not.  I think this is a scam and I intend to report to Minn. Atty General.

Constant spam calls; many per week.

Is this  legitimate  ? I talked with someone  for 2 hours to help me with open enrollment  for my elderly  sister. We accepted. Now I. Feeling very unsure.
