my elderly mother was sent an opportunity from a patient assistance program ; which came to her through her pharmacy.  she did not respond to it, but they somehow withdrew $179.00 the first month and $20.00 dollars the next two months.  then we caught it .  the bank said they could not stop the junk mail from arriving with her bank statements.  the travel agency never answered the phone.

$369.00 taken out of our Bank Account from Patient Assistance Plus.  THIS IS A SCAM!!  BEWARE.  
The number they have on there is 1-855-695-9256.  They will get a hold of your bank routing and account number, make a fake check that says No signature required and withdraw the funds even after you tell them to stop calling and you want nothing from them.

The exact same thing happened to my elderly father.    He has no idea how they got his information.
