Never ever dealt with Rogers and theyve been calling me for the past 3weeks. Getting an automated call from them, and now it has consumed my pay and talk credits whenever i answer and left all voice mails. Just reloaded $10 a day ago, now it's gone. I cant even get incoming messages from friends and family

Get to a land line and call Rogers and tell them to not call your number because it is a cell number.

If scammers are spoofing the Rogers number, however, you have a different problem, and might have to ask your cellular service provider to block this specific number. There are a lot of scammers calling all possible numbers.

It is a scam to get your rogers info, do not call this number back!!

Rogers does not use that number ever.

I get these calls daily.  This is not Rogers - it is a scam.  I have reported the number to the authorities. In my case, the number was 1-855-704-7980.

This number called and left an automated voice mail claiming to be Rogers and said call them immediately about my account.

They told me to call them at 855-862-6423.
I contacted Rogers using the phone number on their website. Agent said they have no record of issues with my current/former accounts and there is no record of anyone from Rogers reaching out to me about my account or promotions.

Safe to say this is a phishing scam.

I received a text to call this number (1-855-704-7981) about a cancelled account for a phone number that's not even mine. Suspicious, I called fido directly and they confirmed this is a SCAM. Do not call this number; call fido or Rogers directly.

Says:  Important message from Rogers Please call 18557047981 to discuss an important matter about your cancelled number  --  Also under where the photo of the sender could be (no photo) was the number 22233
I thought this a scam -- disgusting creatures they are.

BLOCKED! Robocall or silent call, same stupidly late time, multiple calls per week for over a month. Now calling twice daily.

The most horrible service imaginable. Was told by Rogers staff that it may have been a phishing call and even the letter sent to me appeared to be suspicious. Now they discovered that it was actually a two year old account and demanding an early cancellation fee. When in fact I was guided by Rogers customer support that since I am moving to a new home they would simply continue with the agreement and there is no cancellation fees. From January of 2023 I have been trying to reach them and every time I spoke to staff they mentioned my account was up to date. Now they have sent for collections. This is horrible beyond expectations
