They called from a restricted number. They gave me a number to call, there's legal action taken against me. My DL is suspended. I looked up D&D Legal. I didn't find anything. Has to be a spam call.

Did they say you had court tomorrow or know your ssn?

Court does not work that way.  You can call your local courthouse and ask if you are a Defendant in any civil proceeds.

Hi just got the same phone call from D&D legal... They knew my address, married and maiden name and last 4 off my ss#, said they need two signatures from me, something about legal action against me... ????

Someone called from a private number asked me to call this number which was D&D then said I had legal claim against me and that my license would be suspended if I didn’t pay.

I got the same call yesterday and the same info. I looked them up couldn't find anything.

This person completely lied and but used personal info.  I know courts dont work the way she described.
