Called and said I would be served tomorrow. If I pay certain amount today it would go away. I looked them up online and seems like a scam. Called local court house and they have no record of me. This is a scam with a new number. Do not give info

Same thing happened to me yesterday, called this number with a case number I was left on voicemail and they said the same thing to me as they did to Jesse above. I gave them NO information and told them to file/serve me!
This is a scam, do not give them any information what so ever!!

This thread actually began on 10 December with an abandoned voice mail complaint, lost to an old site bug. A week ago some dumb shill promoted the caller's "awesome customer service" regarding her "leagl [sic] affairs", giving the name "county processing" without capitals. That alone tells of the sort of goons we're handling. Thanks to Jesse we can find another number thread featuring more details and threat message transcripts.

The company's web site looks like someone barfed the vague promo copy and ill-considered typefaces over its GoDaddy template in a single coffee break, typical for the breed. I notice that none of the crack team's partners and paralegals are proud enough to provide their last names. The site claims a 2014 copyright despite a finding from BigA that it's only ten weeks old.

"Pay now or get served" is part of the normal roster of false threats from debt collection frauds. It's plausible and legal coming on paper from a real lawyer with the authority and the intent to sue, and there would be reasonable time to respond. Collection thugs who ambush via telephone lack both authority and intent, and often proof of claim, making their threats illegal.

Same as everyone else on here.  They stated that they are from an organization called Doyle Kutner & Associates. Also threatened me but politely are giving me the time to contact them...thanks, so sweet...haha!!!  These people are a joke.  How they got my new number I have no clue. But this is a scam.

They had my name and address.  Said they worked for the county and were notified of a wage garnishment/ lien.  Said I’d get served at my residence by end of the month.

They seem to be a little ahead of themselves if they haven't served you yet.  Of course there is nothing to serve which you no doubt know after having read Resident47's post.

Number that showed up appeared to be from Cambodia. I didn’t pick up the phone because I don’t know anyone from Cambodia. Looked at my message and calmed this number back. Man answered phone . I asked him what company is this .. he paused and hung up the phone.

Got the same message as above.They referred me to the Piedermann Group, with same sketchy GoDaddy website full of errors. They told me my court date was in 10 days, but if I pay my debt today they won’t file papers. So how do they have a court date if nothings been filed?   Called to verify the account in question and the credit card has no record of me. Scam.

Received a voicemail stating my wages would be garnished over some smart device. I have no clue what they are talking about. They knew my address and everything. I think this is a scam based on the previous reviews about this number.
