rang 3 or 4 times and hung up, I get 4 or 5 calls daily from various areas of the country, and never anyone on the other end, or they just sit there and breath into the phone

I don't know this number and do not answer.

My best guess is that it is Charter Communications trying to up-sell their services again. They are very aggressive and I have had other calls from them. I simply DO NOT answer any number that I do not recognize.

If you have Charter for internet, phone, or cable too, then I good bet it is them.

I'm with you on Charter.they call and when i do pick up ,they cant get me a better rate on internet,why bother me with any of their other rip off products. So they start calling from different numbers.

yes it is a charter sales rep trying to get you to bundle your service-this is a waste of my time and minutes-if I want another service I will go get it!and then it was no deal-my provider was cheaper!!!

This is a call from Charter to try and promote other services. I did not answer the phone call, called back and it connected me to a representative who tried to upsell some of their services or try to "get me a better deal."

Calls again and again, then hangs up.
Annoying at best.

Its definatly charter, I asked who was calling my cell phone and they said it was them.  Its a telemarketer trying to add services since i have only internet they want to sell tv and phone even though i dont own a tv.

Rang, picked up, and no response. I have to answer calls because of the business I have where I deal with people out of my area. Now that I've seen this post, I know that it is Charter. Told them to quit calling me. They are using different area codes.

number appeared on my screen stating my computer was infected with a virus through my web browser firefox. It's a scam!

Says investigator I need to call today did not identify themselves and calling family members with unlisted numbers that I have not given out any numbers

Missed call, no voicemail.
