Left a message on my cell saying there has been a small claim lawsuit or some other type of legal action filed and to call them back or this situation will be turned over to a local attorney for collection.
Totally bogus.  I have no outstanding issues whatsoever.
I did not call them back.

There  was a man claim to be a lawyer who was report that a small civil matter was against me in court and that I should call 855-705-5403 to settle the matter and that I had 48 hour to return the call or I would be contacted by a law officer in my town to deal put me in jail my god what has the world comes to my home was Rob and they stolen information and I now I do owe  anyone .thanks for the head up on these unknown  number.

Told by caller that he spoke to me 2 months ago about a payday loan and that I was due in court on June 19th and was served papers. I have not been served any papers, so I guess I will go to jail for comtempt of court. This caller uses alternate phone numbers to call from.

Same call.  Fake collection scam.

I got the same message and I get calls like this every other month. I don't know why my number is targeted; I have had this number over 10 years and I know I don't have any other issues with a collection or a judgement either. I wish they will do something about these jerks!

Received call regarding bogus lawsuit.

Same message as others above. call from 855-212-7220 call back to 855-705-5403. I have never had any debt issues. Don't have any idea what person is talking about. A complete Scam.

I have gotten the same call.  Initiated from 855-212-7220 and tells me to call 855-705-5403.  Says I will be sued by local law firm if I don't respond within 48 hours.  This has been going on for about  4 years.  Are their 48 hours different than mine.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I received an auto robot call from this #, 877-298-2806 which i declined the phone call because i didnt recognize the #. The voicemail i was left did not state it was for me, just that someone was going to take me to court under my name and social security # and i had 48 hours to respond or an attorneys office in az would be contacting me for legal action.

Ok so, how do they even know they are calling the right # for one, people change their numbers. 2, this is harassment and a threat!!!!!! I was left a call back # of 855-705-5403 and it repeated i have 48 hours to call back or legal action will be taken asap.

Ok, lol. Wouldn't the police be knocking on your door? These people are awful.
