Have had several threatening calls.  Company is unknown.  Is this a collection agency?

I called the number and they said they were from BG associates, a law firm? They said they were issuing papers due to a loan that was never paid. They had some very old outdated info (email, and an old account number) We had calls like this before and they said they were going to serve papers at my job. They never showed up when they said they would. HAHA! now it's the same story all over just using a different company name. it was the same nasty woman on the other end of the phone but from a different company. LMFAO!!   SCAM!

Received a call at my work stating that a courier  is going to deliver some papers at my work from a law firm named BG Associates(855-705-5458) stating I owe money for a loan company under an old account. I checked with bank and I am clean-closed with 0.00 balance

Received a call saying I owed money from a loan from 2011 . Never took Allan out in 2011. Said they were gonna show up at my work with papers and would need my supervisor as a witness to sign .

Got several calls from the same woman saying she was going to my job with papers to sign and needs to be a manager presence for a witness.. They are harassing my mom on the phone.

I was not at work the day BG and Associates called my work place to say that they will have papers delivered by a courier service between 12 and 5 pm today and I will need to sign them.    I didn't get the message that the witness is suppose to be my manager (I am the manager).

I keep getting a phone call from this company, saying i borrowed money from the Vandelier group and the account was turned over to them. and i was going to get serve to go to court with a courier due to non-payment and a Supervisor needed to be present. I never took out a loan to begin with. So when i started questioning them they hung up on me.
