Yes but I had a unknown number call and left me a VM & may "CASE#"! So I called n I was directed to a legal department supposely about a payday loan.

Girl yes me too...saying their going to serve me with papers from a payday loan...ima like we'll wateva serve me then, and get the hell off my line...

This company keeps calling me and family member also the other day called my work. They need to stop and I am reporting their harassing calls and want them to stop. Said they are serving me papers and trying to get personal information. They don't call you and tell you they just show up.

Same crap as above just calling my 80 y o Gma in reference to my ex harassing her and asking for her deceased husband! She has nothing to do with or any relation to the person they're looking for and they're so rude! I'm trying to report them as she lives in a totally different state than the person took the loan out in and now he is even in yet another state. It's not like they called when person got the loan and asked if it was ok to use them as a reference. You can write down anyone you want on that paper when you apply. She didn't ask to be harassed.

I have received numerous calls from a RESTRICTED number , I picked up and the person wanted to make arrangments to meet up so I can be served papers. I began to ask questions as to what this was in regards to and he gave me this 855-707-1477 with a case # .. I proceeded to call and the woman answered was nice but as the conversation progressed and I asked the lady what this was in regards to, and she stated I have a payday loan that I never repaid and I told the woman , I do not. And this woman totally stated I needed to giveher my acct info for full payment.. I told her I have not taken out that loan and she needed to stop calling me and my employer. .. I will fill a harassment suit against the company..

I have also received numerous phone calls from 855-707-1477. they are calling my son's cell, and blowing up my cell phone with restricted call. I actually called the number this morning out of curiousity. The company is called Capital Services. If I remember right, this is a scam company. I received a message on my work phone from a Kevin Murray that said I was being served with papers etc..I am notifying my state attorney general's office.

I received a call stating I failed to appear in court and that I needed to contact the plantif at 1(855) 707-1477 for Failure Appear.

Total scam.  Report these losers to your state's Attorney General, and block their calls if necessary.

I had no issues with them because I did do a pay day loan but I forgot to pay it. I settled they reported it to the Credit Bureau so my score went up and its not reporting bad on my credit so I am GOOD
