So, this number has called my cell, my home, and my friends home.  Man claims to be with a collection agency and that he has been trying to call me.  That I am being 'served' with papers to appear in court.  When I called the number, they said I owed a payday loan from 2008,, 4 years ago?  I had no idea what the company was....

My wife has also recieved phone calls from this number claiming to be clollecting from some company and that they have papers to serve her and then demanded payment after being told she doesnt have any money and yelled at my wife. Threatened that they would be down in 30 minutes to serve her with the sherriff's department. Well there isnt any lawsuit or court case pending in our state that they would have to file in our state and there isnt anything in any other state either. SCAM!! Be careful and DO NOT give them anything..

I have no idea who or what this company is but it say Continental, when I call continental they say they do rental collections and have no idea who the person is I am speaking of.......there is no one to answer the phone. It seems quit unprofessional whomever they are.

Some woman left me a voice mail on my cell phone saying I've been served and they will show up at my residence or work to arrest me for writing a check with intent to fraud. Provided some case number. I was nervous, but after reading about it here now I feel better. She had a threatening tone too.
