I keep getting calls from this number. Only when they call it's always a blocked number and they call me about a bad check. I have never written a bad check. And they have been calling for 3 weeks now saying they are going to serve me papers unless I give them a debit card information and pay them 100 dollars. They keep calling saying this is my last warning and I don't know what to do or how to respond. First they said it was AMG management and now they are saying its ARG. What do I do? They have called several family members and asking them questions about their family members. Like personal information. Is that legal? Please help!!!

Harassing calls

They call me everyday from private number or blocked number. They threaten jail and arbitration. They use all kinds of "legal terms" to try and scare me, they won't out right say anything. They say its from an ace cash express loan I defaulted on bit say they are going to press charges because my account was closed I don't know if this is a legit company or not, as I only talk to one person everytime I call.

well they called me for 2 weeks about a ace cash loan i took said it was a bad check i didnt understand what they ment but after i got served the paper work proved that i did write a bad check because when i first took the laon ace asked me for my checking info to draw the money out thats how they get you!!!

I recieved calls from this number on multiple occasions of course blocked. I read some posts on here and figured that it was a bogus attempt to collect a pay day loan debt. Unfortunatly I didnt listen, I wish I would have now that I had to appear in court. I ended up pay 3 times the amount the loan was for, these people who are calling are a Alternative dispute resolution firm, they basically go to bat for the person in an attempt to keep them out of court, after being served with the sepina I was VERY regretful I didnt listen.Take this seriously because you DO NOT want to pay 1,500 dollars or forfiet your drivers license over a 500 dollar pay day loan.

I too recieved messages from this #.. but blocked... Turns out I didnt pay a loan back... So I called them back and they actually put me on arrangements to take care of this so I didnt have to appear in court.. It was a 1502 dollar loan and they let me settle it for 700... This really helped me... So if u do get these messages I advise u call them.. they are a last resort... I tk a loan out... I should pay it back... Thats only the right thing to do..

Number calling from blocked, but threatened legal action unless I pay up.   No reference as to what the legal action was but said I should consider myself notified.  Had until tonight to call 855 707 1501 otherwise I will be sued.  I have a fraud alert on my accounts and credit reports.  The caller identified herself as Tammy Mac.  All my accounts are current, so no idea.  But the attorney gen office did tell me these folks phish for information if you call them back.
