Call threatening that I am being sued... nothing outstanding on my end.

I had the same call about the same time at two different numbers. We'll see what happens Monday.

Debt scammer or process service scammer.  You can safely ignore calls and block the number.

Called saying I would receive a summons on Monday, gave another number to call. Has to be scam.

It's actually Wells Fargo threatening to sue for old debts. Mine were almost twenty years old - they can't collect on them legally so they threaten to sue.

2 different numbers, first one said it was from process center reminding that a second office/person would reach me sometime soon, was curious and called number they gave me, back in forth with person on the other line telling me I would get sued if I didn’t pay the same day! They refused to give me company info. They had some personal info, not all. Any ideas?

Got a call from 855-783-3662 to call 972-440-1805, i called the 972 number and a girl named heather told me that its for a checking account with wells fargo in collections and we owe them exactly $600. I started laughing and told her we have never had a wells fargo account and i asked her why she was so desperate for work that she would work for a company scamming people. She said yeah that would be funny if it was true, she said you will be served with paperwork regarding your court date and hung up.
