This is not spectrum. Just want your credit card number to sell you some protection plan for your tv. very rude. wont take no for an answer and not very forthcoming about their business

This number appeared on a bank statement wherein I was charged almost $500 fraudulently. It was listed as a Spectrum recurring payment. I have Spectrum and contacted them. They insist it was not them. My monthly charge is around $50, so this amount really threw me for a loop.

Scam for protection plan very aggressive

Thought I was calling spectrum.  It's not - last digit off.  But they act like spectrum.  Kept repeating sales pitches about TV protection to save money. SCAM.  I hung up when I realized I must have dialed the wrong number.

This number was on the Spectrum website to call for further assistance on an internet connection issue. It is a hard sell equipment/wiring warranty and they will not shut up and talk right over you. After waiting 25mins on hold, I got an incredibly rude person. Not a good start to the day.

I doubt that you were actually on Spectrum's website.
