When this number calls it hangs up . And the number calls back... I received a blocked call stating he's calling on behalf of a CAPITAL SERVICES INC, which he gives that 855-707-1477 as the contact number if you want details to a debt owed.. I never dealt with or heard of this company   so I basically told him he should lose my number and never call again. . And both numbers still keep calling

I saw somewhere else that it was from MHS, an Indiana government insurance program.  I don't know if they're in other states or not.  I missed the call here so I'm not sure.
