Received 2 calls from a local cell phone number, left no message, then a call from a "Private" number (number not shown, telling me to call about "considered legal action".

They called me 6 times and said harassment doesn’t apply and they will keep calling, threatened me and intimidation tactics to make me give them information

Called said legal matter, someone was suing.  Gave case number to call back.

Stephen Taylor IS AN IDIOT.  Calls from a blocked number - which automatically makes it go to Voicemail on my phone. Can't even get the microphone out of his throat so you can understand what the SCAMMER is talking about.  Doesn't identify the name of the company other than "The Firm". Gives a case number. The rest is not even remotely understandable.  An idiot. A SCAMMER.

My husband answered a call (unknown number) and when the woman asked for me he stated I was not home. She stated I had a court date, I had to respond by 4pm or there would be severe repercussions. When asked what court it was the woman only said, "in Monroe". I wated until 6:30pm to call and answering message stated I was clling Mitigation ISS. 10 minutes after my husband hung up my mother called stating she had a message from 'private number' with message to call the 855 number. When my son came home from work he said he received a message left on his cell phone (the other phone calls were to landlines) with same message. I believe info was obtained from a data breach; possibly from Experian as the 3 credit reporting companies has info on your relatives. Oh, the woman stated it was a sealed subpeona when hubby asked about subpeona or warrant. Do not call the people back. call your local county or city courts.

I believe that the information was most likely obtained off the internet for free.  Experian would not have your mother's name, your son's name or anyone else's name on your credit report, let alone their phone numbers.

Calling for Rogelio Flores Resendiz. Don't know this person. They left his DOB and the last 4 numbers of his social on my phone. Case no 343014.  Also left 2 800 numbers.  855-707-8111 and 877-657-3111.  Left numerous messages on my phone
