Caller claims that a relative has a case against them. The caller was very unprofessional - did not state the business and left this phone number. It is a Fraud/Scam if you will and considered unsolicited. Ignored.

This is a continuation of the Eric Phillips, Compliance Officer for State of Texas or Travis County? Called to reach a step daughter. Believe this is a scam.

Someone named Mark Patterson calling to say he is a "compliance" officer from the state of TN. Looking for a relative. Scam.

First, it is ILLEGAL top claim to be a government employee.  Secondly, this appears the be the FAKE "we have a summons for you" SCAM.  Block & report at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general.

Called my cell and other family members cell phones calling for me. The caller stated their name was Jeff Williams compliance officer for Greenville County, left a case number and everything. This really upset my loved ones who were concerned n worried about my well being. Shame on you! Stop calling scammer!!!!

Say's there was a claim filed against me

Called and said they had to file a claim against my son for a defaulted loan. Total scam

The caller was Kayla Miller. Not Allison.

You think they use their real names???

Said the same name with me but from the state of Texas.

Number called saying he was Mark Patterson compliance officer for state of Virginia. Called my mom too and said they had a civil case against me. I find them in person, they will get that [***] beat.

Called and left this message on my voicemail, who are these people.
“Hello Jocelyn this is John Richards I'm contacting you in regards to filing number US 121562 legally once this is file it could be coming matter of public record and they can issue in order for your location since I was unable to reach you by phone this is the least I have been instructed to contact your employer because it looks like that is going to be your likely place of location if you do have the legal right to speak with that office before file US 121562 is completed and sent out once it's been released any legal rights will be forfeited the number provided to that office is 855-715-0462 _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ they just 36 you have been notified by phone and you will be located unless we are instructed otherwise…”

Number called my sisters saying  his name was Mark Patterson compliance officer for state of Virginia and said they had a civil case against me had them worried about me please STOP MR MARK PATTERSON

Have left several  messages  and was telling  that he was  Michael  a compliance officer  in Sacramento  California  and that premier company  out of Missouri  was  action against  me and that they  would be looking  for me at my  job and home address  soon if I didn't  reach them

Sounds like the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Eric Phillips - Compliance office with Henry Co Indiana stating my previous married name of 20 years and 9 years ago my age used my daughters name and the wrong age stating they don't want to show up at her work or home. Gave an IN 125357 number - Ridiculous SCAMMER

Jeff Williams calling to get me to sign papers… claiming to be a compliance officer gave me a case number and lots of strong words and threats. Basically I can give him money and it’ll all go away.. best thing to do is keep calling them back and asking them questions, they got upset cussed and yelled to stop calling…. They are a total scam.. I reported to FTC
