On or about 12/31/15 I received a call from "AT&T" Erica Robbins who offered a free Asus 7" tablet and renewed my 3 cell phone lines for new 5S iPhones. On 1/4/16 I called AT&T and they have no information on this transaction. This person who made offers to me knew my business name an address and knew my phone lines. This was a fraudulent call. I would like to know who they are.

THis is not a fraudulent call. AT&T has special departments for business accounts and they process their own orders. Hence why when you called in to AT&T customer service they didn't have records of it, because it wasn't ordered through customer service

Surely as large a company as AT&T is their computer system can keep up with orders.  I simply don't by the answer from Jess.  I agree with you Elvira, it is a fraud.

The phone from the caller ID is1-417-233-0023 coming from ATT but when I asked the phone number they gave me 855-715-0624 and after checking our acct info they just close. It this fraud. ATT do not have such number

This company is Sunrise Communications, First told me he was from AT&T, and then said 'on behalf of AT&T' when I pressed. Third party telecommunications telemarketer. People like this will do anything, including lie, to get you to sign with them. Other number is 417-233-0023.

This is not a scam. The company is Sunrise Communications based out of Springfield, MO, they are an Authorized Solutions Provider working on behalf of At&t. They are an outbound telemarketing call center hired by At&t. They are not corporate At&t, but they are authorized to sell At&t products (i.e. landline service, U-Verse, Direct TV, mobility service). The same way the kiosk in your local mall is an Authorized Retailer and not corporate At&t, this company is an Authorized Solutions Provider (ASP). This corporate At&t website shows they are a legitimate Silver Level Solutions Provider Champion on the At&t Alliance Channel.  (http://www.corp.att.com/alliance/champions.html)

caller "Leslie" from "AT&T".  I already knew it was a scam, however, she did call a business so I had to take a message, when I asked if it was for the business account or mobile she replied "wireless, so mobile". Newsflash, boss' mobile is not through his business, and not to mention she didn't even know his name. (fyi it's the same name of the business).

Got a call about our business account and wanted to let us know about some changes on our bill that would be coming out gave me this number to call back and Brittany stated she was with "AT&T" caller id showed # 325-455-1632

This is just fraud!!!! They just called and there are always people calling about this.... Caller ID as 417-233-0023
