Why don't you read up on what you can and can't do before you start saying stuff you shouldn't. - Thomas Bolin replies to JoeJoe, what exactly did I say that I shouldn't?
- Thomas Bolin replies to Kelly| 25 repliesI gave my number to contact me at if you wish to know if we litigate. Your post is is vague at best but mostly confusing. You should be right at home being employed in our criminal justice system (although most folks who are seriously on their way to any kind of real success don't need to tell the world). FYI, many firms require decent credit in order to be hired (you know, paying your creditors back as you agreed to). But then, I'm sure your credit standing is stellar.
P.S.
You're right, you can say anything you want and if it's not based on fact you can be sued for it too. By the way, collecting monies that are owed is nothing to frown at, ask the IRS. Oh, and I guess the "criminal defense" attorney will be working for free lol. - Thomas Bolin replies to Thomas Bolin| 6 repliesBy the way, when you reverse 855 715-7568, you get our web site. So much for the grand conspiracy.
- yef replies to Thomas Bolin| 2 replieshttps://800notes.com/nb/legal.aspx -- read it.
- Elspeth replies to Thomas Bolin| 11 repliesIt's not libel if it's true. And you can't file a lawsuit to collect on debt that is past the statute of limitations for legal action. Well, you could, but would end up with nothing but egg on your face when the judge is told that the debt is time barred for legal action.
- duh replies to Thomas Bolin| 14 repliesThere's not much that's confusing about someone saying that your company is a scam. What's vague about the specific details given as to what the poster's research turned up on the phone numbers? Seems pretty clear to me.
The poster asserting their belief in their right to freedom of speech seems pretty clear too.
No legitimate company calls ahead to "verify information" before serving a summons.
But, then again, if you had any part in writing the drivel on your company's website, then I can understand why reading comprehension is not your strong point. - Thomas Bolin replies to yef| 1 replyObviously 800 notes doesn't have a problem with it, why should you?
- Thomas Bolin replies to Elspeth| 2 repliesIt costs money to file lawsuits, why would anyone file on out of statute debt?
- Elspeth replies to Thomas Bolin| 1 replyApparently the OP feels that you were going to do that in his case.
- Thomas Bolin replies to Elspeth| 7 replies"They threaten lawsuits from old debt." That's right, it's not libel if it's TRUE. "Old" debt, what do you think the genius was really trying to say?
- Tred replies to Thomas Bolin| 5 repliesTom how's that UPS Store location address working out for you guys and gals?
- Elspeth replies to duh| 5 repliesNot to mention, there are complaints across the Internet that this company has called them, saying they will be serving them, or asking for their information. No one calls to give you a heads up you'll be served. The process server just shows up.
- Thomas Bolin replies to duh| 4 repliesThey do if they don't want to waste their time and money on incorrect information. I've invited calls related to the lawsuits we file. So far not a call. The point here is that the same put upon bunch who can be found on any collection site. They fail to own up to their responsibilities and spend their time on sites such as these excusing their failures in life making unfounded accusations. Their is zero desire by these malcontents to find out if the claims they make are true or not.
- Elspeth replies to Thomas Bolin| 6 repliesThank you for showing that you cannot be taken seriously here - if you were, indeed, an attorney, you have consistently shown how not to respond to posted complaints on online forums such as this. That's good. It means that people will think twice about your legitimacy now.
- Thomas Bolin replies to ElspethIf the OP's case fit our suit criteria, they'd be sued.
- Thomas Bolin replies to Tred| 4 repliesIt protects them from nutcases who would seek to do them harm. I guess such prudence paid off as here we have you looking for our office, why would that be?
