repeatedly called saying they has paperwork to send before filing civil/criminal complaint.  came from "no caller ID" number.  told me i have until thursday or they will file.  supposedly from J Smith and Associates Law Firm.  Use address from 15 years ago.  fraud scam.

I have had yvette evans from johnson smith and associates calling both my home phone and cell. With a similar story of documents to be sent to me.  Also time sensitive.  I want to report them as i feel they are scammers.  She even gave me a case number.

Received an unknown caller message about best time(s) to deliver legal documents.  Also, mentioned time sensitivity and time window for delivery as well, and a reference number. Sketchy.

Getting the same calls from blocked numbers asking for time and dates to drop off legal docs. Callers name was Ashley and she had a case number also. Feels sketchy.

I keep getting calls from this number saying they are calling from the law offices of Johnson Smith & Associates & they have legal papers they want to deliver. After calling twice they called a third time & now are saying a complaint was submitted against me & if I don't call back by Friday they are going to file papers against me. They even have me a case #! Just before the call this time I got a call from Senegal, West Africa & after a call from New Guinea.

Got a call from an "UNKNOWN NUMBER" The caller told me I had a pending collection case from Citi Bank on a credit card from 2005. They gave me a case number and had record of an address from 15+ years ago. Told me I could settle the case if I made to payments and they wouldn't file a judgement against me. He gave me a call back number of 855-718-4098, when I call this number they answer saying they are Johnson Smith & Associates. He  gave me a direct numer of 978-513-8267 and said his name was Edward Logan.

I had the same person call me and tell me the same thing

called my work and cell phone harassing me about an erroneous debt from 2002/2005.  Stated that i have until thurs to settle or they will come to my job and serve me.  Filed a complaint with BBB and my state attorney.  Very aggressive and was yelling at me to settle before court date.  Total scam!!

Similar experience  only I was called twice referencing two different names.

Left message on husbands phone, call numbe was blocked.
Message stared I had used my husband as emergency contact, that I need to return call about legal documents that he just got, about a Mobile complaint.
Gave call back number as 855-718-4098
I called, woman answered as Johnson smith associates.

In searching,  led me here with the number itself.
And what mobile complaint?  That's a new one on me. Lol

Go away peeps..I'm unemployed,  zero income. Can't squeeze blood out of a rock. Even for those scammers.

Got the same number and information "No Caller ID".  I answered the call and looking for my mother and with a case number.  Had a few days to call back before Sept 1...  Same number as above to call back 855-718-4098.  I also asked where the location of their office was...in Boston.  We don't live in that state.  I live 1,500 miles away.

Jessica called said had  legal papers to deliver need to call them or would be considered fall.  Gave case number.  Read all comments about this #...is it a scam.  This is second time called.  Blocked called comes as restricted.

I had a voicemail from Ariana, to call 855-718-4098 and she gave me a case number. Talked to Andrew Thomas who gave me an account # from a bank I used to use. Said I had 2 days to pay overdue balance. He told me to call the bank and check with them on the account number. I called the bank and they have no record of the number and neither do I.

Called for my wife saying they have time sensitive legal paperwork to for her and if not called will file for  actions.
called my cell # and home repeatedly for 3 days.

I got a call from a Private number which I did not answer, and a woman left a message saying she had legal documents that was scheduled to be delivered this Thursday and to call (855) 693-3504 if I need to schedule.  Well if you have legal documents then just send them.  What a joke.

Oh yes and she said she was with J. Smith and Associates.
